After-sales service
1. Comprehensive Support Package:
We provide the CNC laser machine & printing machine along with an English training video and user manual covering installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additionally, we provide 24 hours of technical guidance via desktop remote access, email, phone, mobile, WhatsApp, Skype, and online chat to assist with any issues related to installation, operation, or adjustments. (Recommended)
2. On-Site Factory Training:
We welcome you to visit our factory for hands-on training. We offer professional, direct, and effective face-to-face instruction using our fully assembled equipment, tools, and testing facilities. Training duration: around 3 days. (Recommended)
3. On-Site Engineer Training:
Our engineers can provide door-to-door training at your location. We require your assistance with visa arrangements, prepaid travel expenses, and accommodation during the service period. It is recommended to arrange a translator for smoother communication. Warranty includes: 1–3 years for the entire machine.

Free replacement of parts during the warranty period, excluding damages caused by improper use.
4. Warranty & Maintenance:
After the warranty period, you will only be responsible for the actual cost of maintenance services.
