1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for standard models — single-unit sample orders are welcome. Wholesale tiered discounts start from 5 units and up.
2. What is the delivery time?
Standard models are usually in stock and ship within 7–15 working days after we receive your deposit. Customized OEM/ODM orders may take slightly longer depending on specifications.
3. What warranty do you offer?
All machines come with a 1-year warranty covering quality-related faults, with free replacement parts during the warranty period. We also provide lifetime technical support.
4. Do you support OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including laser power, appearance, logo printing and functions customization, backed by a strict data confidentiality agreement.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and L/C for large orders. Trade Assurance orders are also supported.
6. How do you ship the machines?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS air express, or by sea and air freight. Door-to-door delivery and real-time order tracking are available.
7. Are your machines certified?
Yes, our laser machines are CE certified, and FDA certification is available for applicable models. Full inspection reports are provided before shipment.
